Had a great two-night stay! Comfy beds with Hypnos mattresses made for a good night's sleep. Quick check-in at the pub was smooth. Breakfast was a tasty start to our days. Just a tad noisy from outside, but nothing major.

i was absolutely appalled by the traffic noise at night, it was like living next to a racetrack. and imagine being locked out at 2:30am with no one to help—what a delightful experience, not. i would think a courtesy gesture like a discount would be expected, but alas, dreams dashed. could have been decent, but it wasn’t.

Check-in was frustrating due to inadequate staffing, leading to long waits. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly, making our stay uncomfortable during the warm nights. the noise from the nearby pub kept us awake, and when we reported it, the night porter’s response was disappointing. he simply asked them to quiet down without checking on our safety.

The staff was nice and accommodating! Rooms are pleasantly clean but a bit noisy.
Service was inconsistent, and breakfast was cold. The reception was not approachable during my stay.
